My job as your mentor is to notice your blind spots, invite you to step outside of your comfort zone, make suggestions on where I see room for improvement, mirror back your zone of genius, and guide you through this expansion.

Think of me as your co-pilot helping you steer the ship with clarity, while the choices and actions remain in your hands.

Why isn’t it free?

I mentor women who are prepared to invest in themselves. The dollar amount itself doesn’t matter. But the energy behind the investment does. “Free” does not carry the same energetic frequency as a financial investment does. I want you to feel proud of your first business investment!

If you are not in a financial position where you can comfortably invest in your business, this is not the time for mentorship. Your financial security comes first and there are plenty of free resources available that you can utilize in the meantime.

Before blending my love of energetics and nervous system healing with high level business architecture and strategy, I worked in corporate marketing helping multi-million and multi-billion dollar companies scale to new heights.

When I left that world, I co-founded Carolily, the world renowned jewelry brand I built with my Mom. We scaled 1400% in 12 months, landed features in Vogue, Vanity Fair, and was featured on runways from New York to Paris.

Execution, strategy, and vision have never been my issue. But for a long time, my high functioning anxiety ran the show.

I didn't know how to hold our success and, as a result, I made decisions from fear. Decisions that cost us tens of thousands of dollars… and then my health.

That was a hell of a wakeup call.

Coming home to my body was what truly changed my life and my business, (and is why my HomeBody Method™ is so aptly named)

It's also why the work we do together will always be about how you feel first.

Because success doesn't mean anything if you're having anxiety attacks in the bathroom between phone calls. Trust me!
